Ward Four shall consist of all territory within the limits of the City, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the western City limits and the centerline of Wilson Street; thence easterly along the centerline of Wilson Street to the centerline of Poland Avenue; thence southwesterly along the centerline of Poland Avenue to the centerline of Hamilton Boulevard; thence northwesterly along the centerline of Hamilton Boulevard to the centerline of Fifth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Fifth Street to the centerline of Smithfield Street; thence westerly along the centerline of Smithfield Street to the western City limits; thence northerly along the western City limits to the centerline of Wilson Street and the place of beginning.
