Ward Three shall consist of all territory within the limits of the City, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Yellow Creek and the centerline of the Penn Central Railroad Company's right-of-way; thence easterly along the centerline of said right- of-way to the eastern City limits; thence southerly along the eastern City limits to the southern City limits; thence westerly along the southern City limits to the centerline of the Struthers Poland Road also known as State Route 616; thence northerly from this point continuing along the City limits to the centerline of Hamilton Boulevard; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Hamilton Boulevard to the centerline of Poland Avenue; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Poland Avenue to the centerline of Harvey Avenue; thence easterly along an extension of the centerline of Harvey Avenue to the centerline of Yellow Creek; thence northerly along the centerline of Yellow Creek to the centerline of the Penn Central Railroad Company's right-of-way and the place of beginning.
