Ward Two shall consist of all territory within the limits of the City, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the western City limits, and the centerline of Midlothian Boulevard, being part of the northern City limits; thence easterly along the northern City limits to the centerline of the Penn Central Railroad Company's right-of-way; thence southeasterly along the centerline of said right-of-way to an extension of the centerline of Euclid Avenue; thence southerly along the centerline of Euclid Avenue to a projection of the south lot line of City Lot 2034; thence in a westerly direction to the intersection of a projection of the south lot line of City Lot 2127 and the centerline of Fifth Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Fifth Street to the centerline of Wilson Street; thence westerly along the centerline of Wilson Street to the western City limits; thence northerly along the western City limits to the centerline of Midlothian Boulevard and the place of beginning.
