Ward One shall consist of all territory within the limits of the City, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northern City limits and the centerline of the Penn Central Railroad Company's right-of-way; thence easterly along the northern City limits to the eastern City limits; thence southerly along the eastern City limits to the centerline of the Penn Central Railroad Company's right-of-way; thence westerly along the centerline of said right-of- way to the centerline of Yellow Creek; thence southerly along the centerline of Yellow Creek to an extension of the centerline of Harvey Avenue; thence westerly along the extension of the centerline of Harvey Avenue to the centerline of Poland Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Poland Avenue to the centerline of Wilson Street; thence westerly along the centerline of Wilson Street to the centerline of Fifth Street; thence northerly along the centerline of Fifth Street to a projection of the south lot line of City Lot 2127; thence in an easterly direction to the intersection of a projection of the south lot line of City Lot 2034 and the centerline of Euclid Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Euclid Avenue and a projection of said centerline to the centerline of the Penn Central Railroad Company's right-of-way; thence northwesterly along the centerline of said right-of-way to the northerly City limits and the place of beginning
