(a) Council hereby adopts a formal slogan which is as follows: "City with a heart". Council further proclaims it essential to have the slogan made a part of the Beautification Committee work and in addition thereto the slogan shall be known as the official slogan identifying the City.
(b) Council further requests that other agencies, clubs and civic clubs utilize the official slogan to better promote civic interest of our community.
