Whoever fails to abate or terminate or to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense and shall subject such person, firm, corporation or partnership to a fine of not more then one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment of not more than ten days.
