Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00); for second subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days or both; for third subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days or both; for fourth subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisonment not more than ninety days or both; for fifth and any subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1000.00) or imprisonment not more than one hundred eighty days or both.
