Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, any person who violates any provision of this Chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree if the person has one (1) or two (2) previous convictions of a violation of any provision of this Chapter, and a misdemeanor of the third degree if the person has three (3) or more previous convictions for a violation of any provision of this Chapter.
