1375.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Code shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day's failure to comply with any such provision shall constitute a separate violation.
