1375.01 TITLE AND SCOPE.

   (a)   Title. This chapter shall be known as the "Minimum Housing Code," may be cited as such, and will be referred to herein as "this Code."

   (b)   Purpose. The purpose of this Code is to provide minimum requirements for the protection of health, safety, and welfare of the general public and the owners and occupants of residential buildings.
