1353.07 WORK READY FOR INSPECTION.
   The Inspector shall be notified, by the person doing the plumbing, of any work ready for inspection. Work ready for inspection in the morning must be turned in before 4:30 p.m. the day before; work for inspection in the afternoon must be turned in before 11:30 a.m. of the same day. All parts of every plumbing system shall be made perfectly gas tight. All soil, waste and vent pipes when placed in position shall be tested by the water test in the presence of the Inspector, and all the work shall be inspected. If the Inspector is satisfied that the work is done in accordance with these rules and is free from leaks, he shall issue a certificate of approval. Otherwise, he shall disapprove the same; which shall not be put to any use until it has been altered as prescribed by him, and has received his approval. All plumbing work shall be left uncovered and convenient for inspection until examined and approved by the Inspector. For each necessary additional roughing- in inspection or for return trips caused by negligence, carelessness or defective work, an extra charge must be paid to the Inspector's Office before work is again inspected.
