1351.99 PENALTY.

Whoever neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this chapter, or whoever erects, constructs or maintains any such structure that does not comply with this chapter, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
