1351.12 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   Whenever it appears to the Building Inspector that any billboard, sign board, illuminated or other roof sign, has been erected in violation of the terms of Sections 1351.05 to 1351.15, or is in an unsafe condition, or has become unstable or insecure, or is in such condition as to be a menace to the safety or health of the public, or has been erected or maintained in violation of any of the provisions of Section 1351.05, he shall thereupon issue or cause to be issued, notice in writing to the owner or any person in charge, possession or control thereof, if the whereabouts of such person is known, informing such person of the violation of Sections 1351.05 to 1351.15 and the dangerous condition of the same, and directing him to make such alterations or repairs thereto, or to do such act or things as are necessary or advisable to place such structure in a safe, substantial and secure condition and to make the same comply with the requirements of Sections 1351.05 to 1351.15 within such reasonable time as shall be stated in such notice.
