1351.10 BOND, BILLBOARD ERECTION.
   Every person engaged in the business of constructing, erecting or maintaining billboards, sign boards or illuminated or other roof signs, shall file with the City Auditor a penal bond payable to the City, with surety to be approved by the Building Inspector in the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) conditioned that such person shall faithfully comply with all the conditions and requirements of Sections 1351.05 to 1351.15. It shall be conditioned further, such person shall pay all damages, loss, expense, judgment or decrees, which any party may suffer or sustain, or which may be recovered against any person engaged in the business of constructing, erecting or maintaining billboards, sign boards or roof signs or any damage, which may be recovered for death by wrongful act, for or by reason of the erection or maintenance of any billboards, sign boards or roof signs, or for or by reason of or arising out of, or resulting from any violation of the terms of Sections 1351.05 to 1351.15; and conditioned further, to indemnify and save harmless the City from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, loss, expense, actions, suits or judgments, which may be presented, sustained, brought or secured against the City on account of the construction or maintenance of any such billboard, sign board or roof sign.
