1103.26 VARIATIONS PERMITTED.
   When the provisions of this chapter do not adequately provide for special circumstances, or for physical conditions of the land, or because of other reasons pertaining to the proposed development, this chapter is inadequate, or when additional provisions are deemed necessary to insure public safety and the general public welfare, variations from the provisions of this chapter may be authorized by a majority vote of the members elected to Council.
