951.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense, and for the second or subsequent offense not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense.
