951.08 TWENTY-FOUR HOUR LIMIT ON PLACEMENT AT CURBSIDE.

   (a)    Residents are hereby prohibited from placing garbage and debris at curb-side twenty-four hours prior to their regular scheduled pickup.

   (b)    Trash collection bin must be taken back from the curb-side the night of the scheduled pickup day.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
