CHAPTER 937 Erosion and Sediment Control

EDITOR’S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 08-046, passed May 14, 2008, Council has adopted the City of Struthers Erosion and Sediment Control Rules as part of the implementation of the Storm Water Program. Said rules are marked Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance 08-046, and made a part thereof. Copies are on file at City Hall.
