All storm drains shall be laid on solid foundation. Storm drains within five feet of foundation wall shall consist of four-inch cast iron pipe, four-inch fibre pipe or four-inch cement asbestos pipe; vitrified slip seal or juted cement joint sewer pipe may be used beyond the five feet limit.
