917.04 POSITION OF DRY WELL AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION.
   When using dry well for outlet of storm drainage, the dry well shall not be located closer than twenty-five feet from building foundation wall and each downspout flowing into dry well shall have a total capacity of twenty-five cubic feet per downspout. The excavation for dry well shall be to a proper depth and No. 1 or 2 slag or equal shall be used for backfill. Two lines of drain tile shall be laid on top of slag and be completely covered with No. 4 slag. The remainder of dry well shall be covered with material originally taken from trench.
