781.03 TRANSPORTING OF HAZARDOUS WASTE; MEDICAL WASTE.

The transporting and/or disposal of hazardous waste material and/or hazardous substances or medical waste or hospital waste shall be approved by majority vote of Council. This includes the transportation and/or disposal of such items throughout and within the City limits.
