No person, firm or operator of a gasoline service station or any fuel station shall store, sell, expose for sale or offer for sale any liquid fuels, lubricating oils, greases or other petroleum products in any manner whatsoever so as to deceive or tend to deceive the purchaser as to the nature, quality and identity of the product so sold or offered for sale; and each gasoline service station offering for sale premium and/or regular gasoline within the City shall post by written notice, legibly and conspicuously, the price per gallon of both regular and premium gasoline in a place visible and located on contiguous streets where the station is located.
