The fee to be charged for permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500) per year or any part of a year. Any business established as outlined herein shall be subject to regular inspection by the Police, Fire and Health Departments, and any violations of this chapter or the creation of any unhealthy or unsanitary condition shall be cause for the revocation of the permit without refund or fees.
