747.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter, shall be fined as a first offense, not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Whoever violates or fails to comply with any provisions of this chapter as a second or subsequent offense shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
