747.03 PROHIBITIONS.
   (a)   No person, firm or corporation shall conduct home sales and red tag sales within any residential zone in the City without first obtaining a permit from the Safety-Service Director or other duly authorized issuing authority.
   (b)   No person, firm or corporation who has obtained a permit shall violate the rules and regulations as provided within this chapter.
   (c)   No home sale shall be conducted by more than one resident without the consent of the Safety-Service Director.
   (d)   No home sale shall be conducted by the same resident or member of his or her family and/or on the same residential property more than once every three (3) months.
   (e)   No home sale shall be conducted during hours other than those hours prescribed by the Safety-Service Director and in no event shall a home sale last more than three consecutive days.
   (f)   No home sale shall offer any new merchandise for sale that has been purchased by the resident for purposes of re-sale at such home sale.
   (g)   No resident shall post more than one sign per use per street front on the lot on which the sign is located. Such home sale sign shall not exceed four and one-half square feet in area which shall advertise the home sale. Such sign shall not be illuminated or animated. No other signs shall be permitted to be erected or maintained in any residential zone. No sign shall be placed upon Utility Poles.
