735.07 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.

Upon the conviction of any licensee for any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, the Safety-Service Director shall suspend the license of such licensee for a period of sixty days. Upon the second conviction thereof the Director and the Mayor shall revoke the license of such licensee.
