721.04 EXCEPTIONS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to persons soliciting donations for any established church or religious institution or to persons under eighteen years of age soliciting funds, in exchange for merchandise or otherwise for the benefit of an established youth organization such as the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts or Campfire Girls.
