Each application for registration as a canvasser or solicitor for charitable donations shall contain the name and address of the organization for which he purports to act; the nature of the charitable purpose to which the donations will be applied; the compensation, if any, which he is to receive for his services; and such other information as the Safety-Service Director may require.
