549.10 BLASTING PERMITS.

(a) No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound, within the limits of the City, unless he first has obtained a written permit from the Safety-Service Director. (Ord. 3498. Passed 3-8-55.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
