(a) No person shall throw, cast or propel by hand or by the use of a device known as a slingshot, any foreign substance, hard object, stone or other missile which causes injury to any person or damage to any property. Furthermore, no person shall shoot an air gun, musket or BB gun or rifle in and upon any street or public place or from any private property or place in the City in such a manner as to cause injury to any person or damage to any property.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
