The Authorized Enforcement Agency hereinafter referred to as the City of Streetsboro shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of these rules. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the City of Streetsboro may be delegated in writing by the Mayor to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the City of Streetsboro. The City of Streetsboro may contract with the Portage County Board of Health or other county health departments to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
