SECTION 12.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF DEPARTMENT; DIRECTOR.

There is hereby established a Parks and Recreation Department. The Parks and Recreation Director shall be the head of the department and shall be appointed by the Mayor, with confirmation by a majority of Council.
