SECTION 10.02 QUALIFICATIONS OF MUNICIPAL ENGINEER.
   The Municipal Engineer shall be a registered professional civil engineer in good standing in Ohio for at least five (5) years, with at least two (2) year’s of municipal engineering work experience.
