The Director of Finance shall have knowledge of municipal accounting, taxation, budget, and financial controls as demonstrated by education or a minimum of four (4) years governmental financial experience. The Director of Finance shall have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, college or equivalent institution, with emphasis on accounting, business administration, or finance.
