The Building Director is hereby empowered to enforce the provisions of this chapter including the power to receive applications for temporary housing and shelter and extend the time limit contained in Section 1339.02 upon a showing of good cause. Any person not satisfied with the determination of the Building Director or Fire Chief, may appeal that determination to the Board of Building Code Appeals, who may amend, modify or rescind the determination of the Building Director.
