All new one, two and three family dwellings, agricultural buildings, accessory buildings over 220 square feet and re-roofs of the same shall conform to the following:
(a) All shingles shall have a minimum twenty-five (25) year warranty.
(b) All roofs shall utilize drip edge on all roof edges.
(c) Re-roofs shall permit a maximum of two (2) layers of roofing.
(d) Re-roofs shall conform to standard roof ventilation requirements.
