1327.07 HARD SURFACED PRIVATE SIDEWALKS.

All new one, two and three family dwelling units shall have a hard surfaced sidewalk from the front or main entrance to the driveway. This sidewalk shall be constructed of Portland cement, pavers or other approved materials. No sidewalk shall be constructed of asphalt.
