1327.05 DRAINAGE OF DOWN SPOUTS, FOOTER DRAINS AND SIMILAR DRAINAGE.

The installation of any down spouts, footer drains and other similar drainage items shall drain to an approved storm sewer, roadside ditch or properly sized dry well or an alternate method as approved by the Building Director, City Engineer and Service Director. No drainage shall be installed so as to connect with the sanitary sewer system.
