1327.04 DRIVEWAYS.

All new one, two and three family dwelling units in platted subdivisions, commercial and industrial, developments shall have its entire surface constructed of Portland cement, asphalt or pavers installed as required in Chapters 1341 and 1343. Such driveways shall not be considered “structures” for any application of the building or zoning codes.
