1301.25 EDUCATION.

The Building Director shall develop education programs. These programs shall be developed for contractors and homeowners. The programs directed at contractors may charge a fee in accordance with Chapter 149 of the Codified Ordinances. The programs directed at homeowners shall be conducted free of charge.
