(a) If the owner of a parcel of land does not comply with Section 553.01, as required, then the Director of Public Service is authorized to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(b) In enforcing the provisions of this chapter, the Director of Public Service may either cause the uncut growth to be cut and removed from the subject parcel of land by the Service Department or by an independent contractor, or seek injunctive relief from a court of component jurisdiction through the Law Director.
