§ 33.31 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK (UST) FUND.
   (A)   The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund is hereby established to satisfy the financial responsibility requirements in connection therewith of the village.
   (B)   Expenditures from the UST Fund can only be made for taking corrective action and for compensating third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by accidental releases arising from the operation of petroleum underground storage tanks.
