§ 111.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARAGE SALE. All sales within the village entitled or labeled garage sale, yard sale, lawn sale, attic sale, rummage sale, flea market sale, basement sale, porch sale or any similar title; and shall be defined as any non-commercial public sale of tangible personal property in the village which is advertised by any means whereby the public at large is or can be made aware of such sale.
   PERSON. Individuals, families or all people living or residing upon the premises where such garage sale is conducted.
   TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY. Any goods, household goods or used items of furniture or other property accumulated for personal use, which are owned or under the control of the person or persons residing at the address from which the garage sale is to be held, or by those persons conducting the garage sale.
