§ 93.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 93.01 through 93.07 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. At least a $25 fine is mandatory upon conviction or findings of guilty for violation of each and every offense.

(C) Any person found guilty of maintaining such nuisances in §§ 93.06 and 93.07 on the premises owned or controlled by him or her, and/or abutting the premises, shall be fined not more than $10. Each day’s subsequent maintenance of such nuisance after conviction hereunder shall be deemed a separate offense.
