The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Department designated by him or her is hereby authorized to remove or cause to be removed any junk car remaining at any place in violation of any provision of this subchapter. Such junk car shall be impounded until lawfully claimed or disposed of in accordance with the provisions of R.C. §§ 737.32 and 737.33.
