§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates the prohibitions contained in § 90.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be punished appropriately.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 90.02 shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $100.
   (C)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 90.03 section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for the first offense with an enhancement to a misdemeanor of the third degree for any subsequent offenses. A separate offense should be as deemed committed for each day during or where a violation occurs or continues.
