(A) On one side of streets in village.
(1) Parking is prohibited on one side of all streets in the village which run in an east-west direction as follows:
(a) There shall be no parking on the north side of all such east-west streets which lie on the east side of Wooster Avenue;
(b) There shall be no parking on the south side of all such east-west streets which lie on the west side of Wooster Avenue; and
(c) There shall be no parking on the north side of East First Street in the village for a length of 81 feet from the intersection of East First Street and Wooster Avenue. There shall be no parking on the south side of East First Street for a length of 30 feet from the intersection of East First Street and Wooster Avenue, and for a length of 30 feet west from the intersection of First Street and Stoutt Drive, SE in the village. Between these two no parking zones on the south side of East First Street, parking shall be two-hour parking only.
(2) Except as set forth above, the provisions of this division (A) do not apply to First Street East or First Street West in the village.
(3) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(B) Parking on Wooster Avenue.
(1) No person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle of any kind except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic-control device on Wooster Avenue, within the corporate limits of the village, other than in a off-street parking spot clearly designated as such between First Street and Second Street NW/NE.
(2) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor as set forth in § 70.99.
(C) Parking on Zeltman Avenue. No person shall stop, stand or park a motor vehicle of any kind, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic-control device, on Zeltman Avenue in the village, beginning at its intersection with North Wooster Avenue and extending north and east therefrom to the corporation line.
