§ 72.134 UNNECESSARY NOISES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sound any signaling device except when reasonably necessary for the prevention of an accident.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to screech tires or in any manner to create noise by unnecessary braking, acceleration, deceleration, banking or turning of a vehicle.
