§ 32.16 GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS FOR VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   The residency requirements for the Fire Department are hereby modified and the Fire Department is authorized to take applications from qualified personnel with fire and EMS credentials who reside within a ten-mile radius from the intersection of Second Street and North Wooster Avenue in the village, and the Fire Department is hereby authorized to take applications from qualified personnel who reside within this ten-mile radius.
