§ 32.02 OVERTIME FOR POLICE AND FIRE EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   For police officers and fire protection personnel, a 28 consecutive day work period is adopted for overtime purposes.
   (B)   A police officer will become entitled to overtime pay for working in excess of 171 hours in a 28-day consecutive day work period.
   (C)   A fire protection employee will become entitled to overtime pay for working in excess of 212 hours in a 28 consecutive day work period.
   (D)   The Chief of Police and Fire Chief will be responsible for determining the work schedules of employees in each of their departments.
